My daily routine is to watch the sunrise with an open heart.  Sunrise is a magical time, quiet enough to listen and to  feel your own heart.  Feel the wind in your face, and let your bare feet touch the ocean to connect with Mother Earth.   Feel the presence of your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and Ancestors.  Give thanks for anything and everything that comes to mind.  To be able to witness such a magical time is such a blessing.  

Music has always been part of who I am.  I have a playlist just for this occasion and I will post them at a later time.  My hope is to share this experience so YOU can find the light inside of you while listening to these songs.  Enjoy and embrace the journey.

Siente el viento en tu cara y deje que tus pies descalzos toquen el mar para conectarse con la Madre Tierra. Siente la presencia de tus ángeles guardianes, guías espirituales y antepasados. Da gracias por todo lo que se te ocurra. Poder presenciar un momento tan mágico es una bendició
